Mounting the tool on the angle grinder is done by clamping it onto its shaft using the original clamp plate and nut from the grinder. The ease of installation and use does not require special expertise or skills. The rotary rasp is a tool designed for professionals and hobbyists, for every workshop and for do-it-yourself enthusiasts in households.<\/p>

By rotating the tool on the grinder in the range of 1500 to 11000 revolutions per minute, the necessary kinematics for cutting materials are achieved. The rotary rasp has certain advantages over known tools on the market such as grinding discs and abrasive papers (LBD). When processing the surface of soft materials with a grinding disc or abrasive paper, the chips quickly fill the space between the cutting grains, which reduces the grinding efficiency, increases friction between the tool and the workpiece, and burns the surface, making further processing impossible.<\/p>

With the \"Roto rasp\", particles are separated by protrusions on the working surface of the tool, which are also the cutting edges, and below each protrusion, there is an opening for removing chips, which prevents the filling of the working surface of the tool and allows for continuous cutting of the edge.<\/p>

It is possible to remove a significantly larger volume of material per unit time with the Roto rasp than with a grinding disc or abrasive paper.\nThe number of separated particles depends on the pressure of the tool on the processed surface and is limited by the size of the cutting protrusions.<\/p>
