The belt rasp is made of sheet steel and is thermo-chemically treated. The basic characteristic of the Band rasp is that the particles are separated by outgrowths on the working surface of the rasp which are also cutting blades, and under each outgrowth there is an opening for the removal of separated particles, which prevents filling of the working surface of the tool and enables continuous cutting of the cutting blade.
Belt rasp tool for belt sanders 75x457mm
Belt rasps with the same blade design as the standard Roto rasp, but adapted for operation on belt sanders. The belt rasp is produced in three dimensions: 533×75 mm, 475×75 and 610×100 mm, all with a 2 mm blade.
